Serves as secretary to various elected and appointed boards; duties include preparing agendas, maintaining official records, collecting bids and much more. Advertises all public meetings, budgets, bids, tax sales and other information the County must release to the public. Oversees all county finances including budgeting, collection of receipts, multiple tax payments and more. Retains all personnel files, administers payroll, and employee benefit programs. Maintains records on property including the collection of property tax deductions, aerial plat books, etc.
